Customers located in Lake County areas including:
- Eustis
- Tavares
- Mount Dora
- Leesburg
may select local pick-up at checkout.
How Does Local Pick-Up Work?
After selecting your items, choose the “Store Pick-Up” option during checkout. You’ll receive details regarding the pick-up location, business hours, and available pick-up dates before completing your order.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive:
- An order confirmation screen
- A confirmation email with your order details
Please allow time for order processing.
When your order is ready, you will receive an additional email notifying you that your order is available for pick-up.
Important:
Please bring:
- Your order confirmation number
- A valid photo ID matching the name on the order
Orders cannot be released if the information does not match.
Pick-Up Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
How Long Do Pick-Up Orders Take?
Processing times vary depending on inventory and whether the item is custom-made.
- In-stock items: Typically ready by the next business day
- Custom orders: Please allow approximately 7–14 business days
