Preorder Notice: To ensure premium quality, all bundles and wig units are processed through our preorder system. Once your order is placed, inventory is secured specifically for your purchase before being packaged and shipped. Please allow additional processing time for preorder items.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.

Estimated shipping timeframes:

• Ready-To-Ship Orders: 3–5 business days
• Custom Orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that custom orders require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, RELuxx is no longer responsible for packages that are:

• Lost
• Stolen
• Delayed
• Damaged in transit
