By placing an order with RELuxx, you confirm that:

  • You are an authorized user of the payment method used for the purchase
  • You have reviewed your order details before completing checkout
  • You understand and agree to all processing and shipping timeframes
  • You have read and accepted our refund, return and exchange policies

Shipping Policy

Preorder Notice: To ensure premium quality, all bundles and wig units are processed through our preorder system. Once your order is placed, inventory is secured specifically for your purchase before being packaged and shipped. Please allow additional processing time for preorder items.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.

Estimated shipping timeframes:

  • Ready-To-Ship Orders: 3–5 business days
  • Custom Orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that custom orders require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, RELuxx is no longer responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Delayed
  • Damaged in transit

Return & Exchange Policy

Please carefully review all product descriptions and select the correct options before purchasing.

Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons, all sales are final on:

RELuxx is not responsible for incorrect selections made during checkout, including incorrect sizing or measurements.
